PRODUCT & CONDITION:

In the late 1930s, in Ferrara, Italy, the Finzi-Contini are one of the leading families, wealthy, aristocratic, urbane; they are also Jewish. Their adult children, Micol and Alberto, gather a circle of friends for constant rounds of tennis and parties at their villa with its lovely grounds, keeping the rest of the world at bay. Into the circle steps Giorgio, a Jew from the middle class who falls in love with Micol. She seems to toy with him, and even makes love to one of his friends while she knows Giorgio is watching. While his love cannot seem to break through to her to draw her out of her garden idyll, the forces of politics close in.

Crease lines from being folded and minimal damage to the poster or edges considering its age, some minor scuffing marks, colours remain bright and vibrant. Your chance to get this rare original poster, for the films US cinema release in 1970.

GRADE: POOR:

Poster in poor condition. There may be pinholes and small scuffs and small holes at the borders & folds, But overall the poster is in fair to good condition for age. Please carefully inspect images before purchasing. One major issue being a previous owner had written in a marker pen on the reverse which has come through, though poster could be cropped as marker comes through in a all white area, please see images.

ORIGINALITY: 

This is an original genuine US cinema release one sheet (27" x 41" (or 27" x 40" if printed after 1980's)) poster from  1970.
