Alberto Lattuada

Alberto Lattuada was one of the great craftsmen of postwar Italian cinema, known for literary adaptations and frank, sensual stories of desire. Alberto Lattuada film posters range from the comedy Mafioso with Alberto Sordi to Chekhov's The Steppe, Machiavelli's The Mandrake, and Stay as You Are with Marcello Mastroianni and Nastassja Kinski.

Italian fotobuste make up much of the collection, with sets for L'amica and Heart of a Dog, plus single cards for The Steppe and Stay as You Are. Mafioso, Tempest, Matchless and The Mandrake come as US one sheets, and The Mandrake as an Italian locandina too. Fraulein Doktor is an Argentine one sheet, The Boarder a Belgian poster and A Thorn in the Heart an Italian 2 foglio.
